Here at Club Elevate we believe in helping people of all exercise levels and abilities to find the best way to maintain a healthy exercise routine. As a member you can find the perfect group exercise classes for you, including Zumba, Cycling, and Yoga, just to name a few!

BALANCE & STRETCH

BALANCE & STRETCH

Balance training involves doing exercises that strengthen the muscles that help keep you upright, including your legs, glutes and core. We will also be doing dynamic and static stretching with mobility, to improve overall flexibility.

CYCLING

CYCLING

A fun, heart pumping, calorie burning indoor cycling workout that’s fueled by the beat of the latest music. Hop on a bike and pedal to the pace while riding on the flats, up hills, through rolling hills led by our amazing, certified instructors.  Beginners are welcome at all classes.   Come early to set up your bike, bring a bottle of water and towel. PURE RIDE – This is your classic cycling classes that will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout.   RHYTHM RIDE and StrengthRide to the beat using motivating music to set the pace and intensity. We add in athletic drills like sprints, climbs, jumps plus upper body movements using weights (optional) for a full body, sweaty, fun ride with lots of variety. No cycling experience needed.

DUMBBELL STRENGTH

DUMBBELL STRENGTH

In this class we use heavier weights which will build strength, improve muscle mass, rev up your metabolism, increase bone density, re-shape your body and develop strong muscles. Modifications are given with every exercise. We will be using Weights – 5lbs, 8lbs, 10lbs, 12lbs and 15lbs.

This class is to condition the deeper, supporting muscles of your body to improve posture, balance and coordination.

PILATES WITH RINGS

Pilates rings (also known as a magic circle) are commonly used in Pilates to add intensity to floor exercises. The Pilates ring’s resistance speeds up toning by targeting specific muscles. Especially useful in problem areas like the inner and outer thighs, upper arms, the chest and even the pelvic muscles.

A signature weight training class we created just for our members. It gets you serious results and helps build all major muscle groups. With a strong emphasis on proper form while using both the barbell and handheld weights, this class will help you achieve maximum fat burning and muscular endurance.

RHYTHMIC STRENGTH

RHYTHMIC STRENGTH

A music driven class blending weighted resistance exercises, mobility, and core conditioning in rhythm to the beat for extra motivation. It offers modifications for all levels. Full body strength training made fun, functional and effective.

SHiNE Dance Fitness™ brings original routines to life using hit music and choreography for all abilities. Rooted in jazz, ballet, and hip-hop, this workout gives you a creative outlet to escape from daily stress. Each class includes the perfect balance of high cardio and toning to ensure you receive a full-body workout with real results.

SOUL FUSION

SOUL FUSION

This class combines elements from yoga and functional fitness, using light weights (optional). Move to upbeat music for a fun, challenging, feel good experience that will work your whole body. Endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility all in one! Yoga experience is helpful but not necessary.

STRENGTH & STRETCH FUSION

This 45-minute class will start with 20 minutes of sculpting/stretch circuits using light weights along with body weight training.  Followed by 22 minutes of a full body stretching.  It targets flexibility, agility, strength, and full body stretch. For all levels.

This class will focus on muscular strength, endurance and flexibility – followed by exercises for your core muscles to help you stabilize your entire body. For all levels.

Slow and intentional Yoga flow paired with the healing and calming vibrations of Crystal Sound bowls.

SUNRISE YOGA

SUNRISE YOGA

A kick start to your day minus the caffeine in your coffee or tea.  This practice help sets the tone for you day. We practice with good intentions and gratitude.  The class combines elements of Hatha Vinyasa, functional and mobility approach for the mind, body and spirit.

VINYASSA YOGA

VINYASSA YOGA

This class is an approach to Yoga In which you move from one pose to the next.  Class will emphasize the importance of breath by harnessing the power of each inhale and exhale.

YOGA SCULPT

YOGA SCULPT

This class starts with Vinyasa-style yoga flow for a maximum calorie burning effect, followed by light weights added into the workout.  For all levels.

ZUMBA®

ZUMBA®

Join the party!  It’s a dance fitness program that combines Latin, international and national music with dance moves. Get ready to go around the world with incredible music in this class. Each song incorporates interval training – alternating fast and intermediate rhythms – to help improve your cardiovascular fitness. For all levels.
