A fun, heart pumping, calorie burning indoor cycling workout that’s fueled by the beat of the latest music. Hop on a bike and pedal to the pace while riding on the flats, up hills, through rolling hills led by our amazing, certified instructors. Beginners are welcome at all classes. Come early to set up your bike, bring a bottle of water and towel. PURE RIDE – This is your classic cycling classes that will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout. RHYTHM RIDE and Strength – Ride to the beat using motivating music to set the pace and intensity. We add in athletic drills like sprints, climbs, jumps plus upper body movements using weights (optional) for a full body, sweaty, fun ride with lots of variety. No cycling experience needed.
