Here at Club Elevate we believe in helping people of all exercise levels and abilities to find the best way to maintain a healthy exercise routine. As a member you can find the perfect group exercise classes for you, including Zumba, Spin, and Yoga, just to name a few!

BARRELATES

BARRELATES

In this class, you get to dance and have fun while doing this workout that targets the legs, upper body, glutes, and core.   The workout is a mixed bag of cardio, fitness, ballet, and traditional mat Pilates principles with a functional approach.  Light dumbbells, resistance bands, and barre ball will be used.  All levels are welcome.

CYCLING

CYCLING

A fun, heart-pumping, calorie-burning indoor cycling workout that’s fueled by the beat of the latest music. Hop on a bike and pedal to the pace while riding on the flats, up hills, and through rolling hills led by our amazing, certified Instructors. Beginners are welcome at all classes. Come early to set up your bike, bring a bottle of water and a towel.

CARDIO SCULPT

CARDIO SCULPT

This 45-min.class is a total body sculpting with small handheld weights.  No more than 5lbs.  The workout is designed for burning fat in an interval training format.  You will alternate combinations with the weights, then a cardio combination.   Get ready to sweat! All levels are welcome.

PUMP & POWER

PUMP & POWER

This is a signature weight training class we created just for our members.  It gets you serious results and helps build all major muscle groups.  With a strong emphasis on proper form, while using both the Barbell and handheld weights, this class will help you achieve maximum fat burning and muscular endurance.

BOOTY BARRE

BOOTY BARRE

This is a really fun and effective class. It is the perfect combination of ballet inspired movements, strength and flexibility, combined into cardio format without any jumping. Barre helps strengthen and tone your muscles while improving cardiovascular endurance. Stability ball, small ball, light weights, and gliders are used in this class.

POWER BARRE

POWER BARRE

Fun and challenging full body workout using the ballet barre, light weights, and small ball. This total body experience will work arms, legs, core, balance, and flexibility to give you long lean muscles.

MOBILITY STRETCH

MOBILITY STRETCH

This is a quick 30-minute class that focuses on joint articulation and stretching. Improve your flexibility, posture, and joint mobility – Stretches both dynamic and static will be done for the full body and shoulder specific. For all levels.

PILATES

This class will concentrate on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. For all levels.

TOTAL TONE

TOTAL TONE

In this weights class,  you will build strength, improve muscle mass, rev up your metabolism, increase bone density, re-shape your body and develop strong muscles. In this class, we will be using weights – 5lbs, 8lbs, 10lbs, and 12lbs.

ZUMBA®

ZUMBA®

Join the party! ZUMBA® is a dance fitness program that combines Latin, international, and national music with dance moves. Get ready to around the world with incredible music in this class. Each song incorporates interval training – alternating fast and intermediate rhythms – to help improve your cardiovascular fitness. For all levels.

Slow and intentional Yoga flow paired with the healing and calming vibrations of Crystal Sound bowls.

SUNRISE YOGA

SUNRISE YOGA

A kick start to your day minus the caffeine in your coffee or tea.  This practice helps set the tone for your day. We practice with good intentions and gratitude. The class combines elements of Hatha Vinyasa, functional, and mobility approaches for the mind, body, and spirit.

VINYASSA YOGA

VINYASSA YOGA

This class is an approach to Yoga in which you move from one pose to the next. The class will emphasize the importance of breath by harnessing the power of each inhale and exhale.
